Our regular catering hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Late afternoon, evening and weekend functions are available and can be coordinated with advance notice.
If your event is before or after normal business hours, please make arrangements for your catering coordinator to gain access. If you have moved a catered event from one location to another, please alert us to the exact new location to avoid an untimely event.
You can request an order change on the website; however, do not assume the change is approved until you receive an acknowledgement from your coordinator. If the change is less than 72 hours before the event, please call your coordinator at (907-729-2683 ) to make your change.
Food, beverage and add-on item charges will be based on the client’s final guarantee of guest count. Final guest counts are due no later than one week (7 days) before the date of the event. If no final guest count is received, we will use the number of guests estimated in the original proposal. We will make every effort to accommodate any last minute increases in the guest count.
In order to maintain our standard of the finest service and freshest products being delivered to you and your guests, every effort will be made to accommodate your last minute requests.
Your coordinator will be happy to add to go containers to your order in the event you have leftover food. Additional charges will apply. The client will be charged the full replacement value for any of ANTHC’s serving containers or utensils that are removed from the catering site and are not recovered.
Staffing can be provided for your event for an additional hourly charge.
Clients may pay by cash, credit card, or purchase order. If paying by purchase order, the purchase request or purchase order number must be submitted to your coordinator prior to the delivery of the catering.
Clients will be billed for the balance due within one week of the event. The invoice amount is due upon receipt.
We reserve the right to vary menu selections when necessary to meet market conditions. Your coordinator will make every effort to contact you and advise you of the change.
Linen and china are available for an additional fee. Please review with coordinator when panning your event.
